In another article in the same issue, ”Pro-life leaders criticize Obama,” Thomas Melady, former ambassador to the Vatican, feels it was a sign of respect to Catholics to remove the ban on the day after the pro-life march. Please.
In light of the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA), I recently sent e-mails to Senators Mikulski and Cardin, and Rep. Ruppersberger. I expressed my dismay over the fact that FOCA would take away freedom of choice for doctors and hospitals. To date, I have received a reply from Senator Cardin. I thought I should share his pro-choice response.
