The Division of Facilities and Real Estate Management

To effectively manage all real property owned by the Archbishop of Baltimore, Parishes and School, providing services in: environmental stewardship, asset management of real property, project management for construction, renovation/restoration, maintenance and repair. The division acts as consultant/advisor to pastors and principals on capital projects involving environmental compliance, warranty issues, repair and maintenance, contract and legal coordination. The division provides environmental health and safety leadership for regulatory compliance through awareness and training and program management. The division proactively provides planning and forecasting for the strategic planning of parish and school locations. The division provides archiving and a library resource for real property records and archives of digital records of building plans.
