Archbishop William E. Lori marked the first anniversary of radio station WVTO 92.7 LP-FM by celebrating Mass at St. Benedict Parish, and blessing the radio studio on the second floor of the parish center July 29.

This is an ad created by the Archdiocese of Washington to promote its annual "Find the Perfect Gift" initiative for the Advent season. Last November, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority rejected the ad and the archdiocese filed a lawsuit. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has ruled against the Archdiocese of Washington in a dispute over the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority’s rejection of its ad for buses.
