Our country is faced with a crisis that’s affecting people of every race, and religion. Whether they are Catholics or not, they are human beings made in the image of God. If you consider yourself a true Catholic or a concerned individual, I suggest you turn your attention to our brothers and sisters who are homeless and hungry. I would like to suggest that we put our negative comments on hold, and turn our attention to those in need of food, clothing and shelter. If you are unable to assist with a donation your prayers are just as powerful. To my Catholic sisters and brothers if you read about the need (CR, Dec. 4), you may find some way of showing your love and concern. I would like to leave this thought with you: Together we stand, divided we fall.
