Now that our Chinese New Year festivities are complete, we are gearing up for all the Irish-American fun we can muster.That will mean corned beef and cabbage, a viewing of The Quiet Man, and some homemade Irish soda bread. I’m not sure we’ll make it to Baltimore’s St. Patrick’s Day
