Standard Agreements

• Owner-Contractor Agreement (For Boiler Replacement/Repair)
• Owner-Contractor Agreement (Short Form)
• Owner-Contractor – Outside Contractors – to be used when parishes or schools want to contract for services such as mowing, landscaping, cleaning, snow removal or other services that are provided at either regular intervals or conditioned upon needs such as snow removal.  The services provided by the vendor can either (a) be described in Paragraphs 1 through 3 of the agreement or (b) be described in a proposal attached to the agreement, with the proposal being referred to in paragraphs 1 – 3.

• Facility License Agreement (for use where there will be substantial contact with minors) Location must first seek approval of the Archbishop to enter into a license or lease agreement
