Effective management of large gatherings relies on advance planning, compliance with codes and permits, clear communication, and the appropriate use of security and medical personnel. Preventing Trip, Slips and Falls, with a Focus on Weather Related Impacts ~ October 2025 Monthly Zoom Meeting – The information will focus on specific measures to be taken as well as the importance of having a documented plan to both ensure consistency of following the practices as well as providing a record showing the efforts made by your location to minimize this hazard.
Location Programs, Affiliated Programming or Third-Party Programming ~ September 2025 Monthly Zoom Meeting – discussion on identifying third party use by various entities, programs or individuals and the type of agreement (if applicable) needed for each.
