Copyright Considerations ~ December 2025 Monthly Zoom Meeting – From Parish and School Movie Nights to Use of Printed Materials and Photographs. Over the past year, our schools and parishes have seen a rise in copyright-infringement claims, driven by companies hired to locate unauthorized online use of poems, artwork, movies, and other protected materials. This is a basic overview of copyright principles and outline steps every location should take before showing movies or using copyrighted content in bulletins, activities, or communications. Crowd Management ~ November 2025 Monthly Zoom Meeting – Risks and how to mitigate those risks associated with Large Gatherings. Effective management of large gatherings relies on advance planning, compliance with codes and permits, clear communication, and the appropriate use of security and medical personnel. With the correct procedures in place, holiday events can be held safely and smoothly for all attendees. Preventing Trip, Slips and Falls, with a Focus on Weather Related Impacts ~ October 2025 Monthly Zoom Meeting – The information will focus on specific measures to be taken as well as the importance of having a documented plan to both ensure consistency of following the practices as well as providing a record showing the efforts made by your location to minimize this hazard.

Location Programs, Affiliated Programming or Third-Party Programming ~ September 2025 Monthly Zoom Meeting – discussion on identifying third party use by various entities, programs or individuals and the type of agreement (if applicable) needed for each.
