Pope John Paul II names W. Francis Malooly Auxiliary Bishop of Baltimore

The Reverend Monsignor W. Francis Malooly, currently Chancellor and Vicar General for the Archdiocese of Baltimore, was named an Auxiliary Bishop for the Archdiocese of Baltimore today by Pope John Paul II.
