Towson Catholic High School will host a concert by Tony Melendez and the Toe Jam Band at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 17 in the auditorium.
Mr. Melendez, who was born without arms, is a talented guitarist, singer and composer known worldwide for playing the guitar with his feet.
Admission is free.
