Letter dismisses president’s principles

In his letter, Michael Dausch (CR, June 28) angrily judges President Bush and dismisses the president’s principled stands on protecting human life, marriage and the family.

John Paul II said that if life is not protected first, all other issues, no matter how just, are meaningless. And, “As the family goes, so goes the nation and so goes the whole world in which we live.” Also, John Paul II always spoke charitably.

With almost 50 million killed by surgical abortion alone and the family in major trouble, Mr. Dausch could help by reading and imitating JP II.
