Latino Night at Oriole Park to benefit Hispanic Apostolate

The Baltimore Orioles have teamed up with Catholic Charities’ Hispanic Apostolate/Immigration Legal Services to celebrate the 6th-Annual Noche Latina at 3:35 p.m. July 14.

Festivities will take place in the Bullpen Picnic Grove before the 4:35 p.m. game, when the Baltimore Orioles take on the Chicago White Sox.

Participants are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy the food, music, and spirit of the Latino culture.

Tickets for upper reserve seats to the game will be sold at a discounted price of $10, with half the ticket sales benefiting the Hispanic Apostolate.

Tickets can be purchased through the Hispanic Apostolate at 410-522-2668 or by calling the Orioles at 410-547-6177.

A package of two free tickets to the game and the opportunity to throw the first pitch will go to the winner of the 6th-Annual Noche Latina Raffle.

Raffle tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the Hispanic Apostolate/Immigration Legal Services.

“We are grateful to the Orioles for this important partnership which supports Baltimore’s growing Hispanic community,” said Cindy Fickes, director of the Hispanic Apostolate. “No matter where you’re from, Noche Latina is a great night to come out and cheer our hometown team!”

The Hispanic Apostolate is a community outreach program located in Fells Point, which serves immigrants by providing English language classes, legal services regarding immigration, healthcare programs, and job placement assistance.
