Almost all events submitted – if they are sponsored by a Catholic parish, school or other organization in the Archdiocese of Baltimore – will be featured in the online calendar.
A human monitor will approve submissions for posting.
Events submitted by the first of the month prior to the month of the event may be considered for the print edition of Catholic Review magazine (e.g., by Jan. 1 for publication in the February magazine). So that all entities in the archdiocese have a fair opportunity to be listed in the limited space in the print publication, entities will be limited to no more than two in each calendar month print edition. If more than two have been submitted, Catholic Review Media staff will decide which items to publish, at their discretion.

The Mason Dixon Council #10100, Knights of Columbus in conjunction with the Men’s Ministry at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, Pylesville, MD, will host a 12-episode video series called “Into the Breach.”
What does it mean to be a man today? I think many of us have asked ourselves this question. We want to live full and meaningful lives. We want to be better men, better husbands and better fathers. But often times, we don’t know how to start. That’s why the Knights of Columbus have produced Into the Breach, a video series inspired by Bishop Thomas J. Olmsted’s apostolic letter of the same name. This 12-episode video series seeks to answer the question: What does it mean to be an authentic, Catholic man in today’s world?
The series features expert commentary and inspiring personal testimonies from prominent Catholic voices, including Scott Hahn, Father Mike Schmitz and Super bowl champion Matt Birk. The lessons of Into the Breach are powerful and will help each of us become better men. These powerful videos will help men to improve their relationship with God, with their wives, with their children and grandchildren and with the entire community. Like so many things in our lives, our spiritual growth is not meant to be done in isolation. We are made to be in community with each other and so the encouragement of a brotherhood is needed. That’s why we will be hosting the 12 evening sessions for this program starting on Wednesday November 5th.
Each session will include dinner, video viewing and small group discussions. So we encourage all men to join us as we discuss Into the Breach and challenge ourselves to become the leaders God has called us to be in our family, parish and community.
