Archdiocese of Baltimore Catholic Center Employee Donation Form

Would you like a day off? Any Catholic Center employee who commits to a minimum gift of $200 to the Annual Appeal for Catholic Ministries will receive an additional day of paid leave to use in Calendar Year 2026. Employees may choose to have the $200 or higher deducted from a single paycheck or spread out over multiple pay periods.

For example, a $200 donation spread over four (4) pay checks is $50.00 per pay or a $400 donation spread over eight (8) pay checks is $50.00 per pay. Whichever works best for you!
