For more than two years, the Sisters Poor of Jesus Christ have embraced the people of Baltimore, bringing Christ’s love to those who are poor, lonely, or forgotten.

Living at the Baltimore Basilica, the sisters pray daily before the Blessed Sacrament, then walk through nearby neighborhoods offering prayer, food, and companionship to those in need. Their simple witness reminds every person they meet that they are seen, known, and loved by God.
