Sister M. Maristella Walsh, I.H.M, dies at 81

A funeral Mass for Sister M. Maristella Walsh, I.H.M., was offered July 14 at Our Lady of Peace residence in Scranton, Pa. Sister Maristella died July 10. She was 81.
Sister Maristella was born Constance Mary in New York. She entered the Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary congregation in 1944 and made her final profession of vows in 1950. She served as a teacher at St. Agnes Elementary School, Catonsville, from 1947 to 1948 and 1980 to 1988. She also taught in schools in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.
