Father Edward H. Nash, S.J. dies

A funeral Mass for Jesuit Father Edward H. Nash was offered May 16 at Manresa Hall near Philadelphia. Father Nash died May 11. He was 94.

As a Jesuit scholastic, Father Nash taught math, English and aeronautics to sophomores at Towson’s Loyola High School from 1941 to 1943. The Philadelphia native pursued theological studies at Woodstock College, Maryland, from 1943 to 1947. He was ordained to the priesthood June 23, 1946, at Woodstock.

Father Nash spent 57 years ministering in India.
