Mass of Solidarity
Our Lady of Sorrows Parish 101 Owensville Rd, West River, MDAll are welcome as we entrust the needs of our community members to the loving care of God and pray for justice in our world.
Almost all events submitted – if they are sponsored by a Catholic parish, school or other organization in the Archdiocese of Baltimore – will be featured in the online calendar.
A human monitor will approve submissions for posting.
Events submitted by the first of the month prior to the month of the event may be considered for the print edition of Catholic Review magazine (e.g., by Jan. 1 for publication in the February magazine). So that all entities in the archdiocese have a fair opportunity to be listed in the limited space in the print publication, entities will be limited to no more than two in each calendar month print edition. If more than two have been submitted, Catholic Review Media staff will decide which items to publish, at their discretion.
All are welcome as we entrust the needs of our community members to the loving care of God and pray for justice in our world.
Join us Saturday, Aug. 1, as we walk and pray for an outpouring of God’s love and strength into our Archdiocesan priests and seminarians in the midst of the Church’s novena to St. Jean-Marie Vianney, patron of parish priests.
This special evening honors Charles Carroll of Carrollton—the only Catholic signer of the Declaration of Independence—and celebrates the enduring contribution of the Catholic faith to American public life.
Join us to celebrate Mass with Archbishop Lori, and kickoff the new academic school year season. All homeschool families are welcome to attend.
The music, homily, and Prayers of the Faithful are chosen to increase our faith that Jesus is indeed the healer of our infirmities, both physical and our “heartaches”.
