The Carroll County Life Chain of Prayer for the Unborn will be held rain or shine on Oct. 4, starting at 2 p.m. in Taneytown at Routes 140 and 194. The even will continue in Westminster at Sullivan Road and Route 140 from 3:30 to 5 p.m.
