Cancer Survivor’s Retreat

June 1 @ 9:30 am - 4:30 pm EDT

$65
cancer survivors retreat

National Cancer Survivors’ Day is a day to honor those who are living with a history of cancer, recognizing their strength and courage.

In addition to providing a space to honor our own milestones, this June 1 retreat will focus on spirituality around cancer survivorship as well as other issues that are important to survivors such as nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and purpose. There will be time during the retreat to share parts of your story with other cancer survivors to promote hope, fellowship, and encouragement. Lunch is included. Guided by Marcia McMullin.

NOTE: Registration deadline for this event is May 24, 2024 at noon.

Marcia McMullin, MA, RN CBCN is a Registered Nurse who manages the Breast Centers for Carroll and Northwest Hospital. She has been navigating breast cancer patients for over a decade and has discovered some common challenges as well as strengths in working with cancer survivors. Marcia conducts an annual overnight retreat at Bon Secours for cancer survivors which has become a major highlight of her job.
