5th Annual Nun Run

Join the Little Sisters of the Poor for their 5th annual NUN RUN . Start time for the 5K and 1 mile run/walk is 8:00 am.
A morning of fun and friendly competition along with a pre-race warm-up with Roxana, entertainment by Bobalouie the Clown, raffles and refreshments. New this year is “chip” timing for competitive runners.
Awards include: top three runners and top runners in age brackets (male and female), “Parish Pride” trophy for the parish with most registered runners/walkers, “Flying Nun” trophy for the school with most registered runners/walkers, “Blisters for Sisters” award for the team with overall best time. If you are “dreaming of running, but sleeping in,” consider a donation to the Little Sisters or participate in a “Virtual Run” at your convenience.
