Don’t celebrate election of those who deny life

I find it sad that the “Obama election energizes black history celebration” (CR, Nov 13). As a Catholic, I would be ashamed to celebrate the election of a man who is willing to deny life to an infant that survives an abortion.

It matters not what he might do for the economy or how historic the moment because of his skin color. His term in office may cost more innocent lives than all other human tragedies combined, the majority of whom may well share his skin color.
