Almost all events submitted – if they are sponsored by a Catholic parish, school or other organization in the Archdiocese of Baltimore – will be featured in the online calendar.
A human monitor will approve submissions for posting.
Events submitted by the first of the month prior to the month of the event may be considered for the print edition of Catholic Review magazine (e.g., by Jan. 1 for publication in the February magazine). So that all entities in the archdiocese have a fair opportunity to be listed in the limited space in the print publication, entities will be limited to no more than two in each calendar month print edition. If more than two have been submitted, Catholic Review Media staff will decide which items to publish, at their discretion.

All are invited to the 23rd Annual Ellicott City Labor Day 10K & 5K scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
This is a big event for the Council and Brother’s help with setup, packet distribution, race day logistics is most appreciated!
The 10K is a road race through scenic western Ellicott City countryside and surrounding neighborhoods and the 5K is a road/trail (dirt/grass) combo on roads and scenic trails on the Shrine property. Both the 10K & 5K are USATF certified.
Register for only $35 per person or $105 for a family of 4. Performance tee shirts guaranteed for all registered participants through Aug. 17th as well. Lots of activities are planned including music, a moon bounce, and random prize giveaways. We will have chip timing by Bullseye Running.

We are awarding $600 in cash prizes for the top 3 males/females in both races and non-cash awards to the top 3 finishers in 7 age group categories (male/female) in both races. That’s 84 age group awards!
