Almost all events submitted – if they are sponsored by a Catholic parish, school or other organization in the Archdiocese of Baltimore – will be featured in the online calendar.
A human monitor will approve submissions for posting.
Events submitted by the first of the month prior to the month of the event may be considered for the print edition of Catholic Review magazine (e.g., by Jan. 1 for publication in the February magazine). So that all entities in the archdiocese have a fair opportunity to be listed in the limited space in the print publication, entities will be limited to no more than two in each calendar month print edition. If more than two have been submitted, Catholic Review Media staff will decide which items to publish, at their discretion.

Novena of Grace
Join St. Ignatius Community Church, Baltimore in Praying the “Novena of Grace” from March 4–12. Francis Xavier was a friend and companion to Ignatius of Loyola and co-founder of the Society of Jesus. He was one of the first Jesuits to take vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience. Francis’ trust and confidence in a loving God and his willingness to follow God’s call to the ends of the earth offer inspiration and worthy examples for us even today. The Novena of Grace to St. Francis Xavier is prayed each year from March 4 to March 12. It is said to have first been prayed in Goa, India in 1615 and grew in popularity after Francis was named a Saint in 1622. The petitions offered to St. Francis Xavier during this time of the Novena of Grace have resulted in many miracles.
