You can’t be pro-life and pro-war at same time

Again, the one-issue pro-lifers are lambasting the new president, one whom I proudly voted for. I say good riddance to eight years of failed Bush policies. All someone has to do is holler “pro-life” and you look no further at stances on other important issues.

Probably most of you were waving flags about the Iraq war, a fiasco that should never have happened. Bombing a country and then rebuilding it makes no sense when one can see that rebuilding the infrastructure of this country would create jobs and get our economy moving.

Again, I say, Iraqi women and children’s lives are also important. While waving your pro-life flags, and undoubtedly many of you fluttered the Iraq war banner, remember: you can’t be pro-life and pro-war at the same time.
