I totally agree with Kathy Stromberg, (CR, Sept. 30) on the matter of changing the Roman Missal. This is confusing for everybody. Why burden already overworked priests, specially the seniors, with having to change the wording they have been using for 10, 20, 40 years or more? This is not easy.
In my humble opinion, the Lord only looks at our faith, love and devotion; our sincerity, honesty and humility, and our willingness to accept and follow his holy will, not at how poetic we are.
