Please review this packet and begin the process by completing step 1, Notification to the Archbishop and Office of Facilities Management seeking permission to carry out the new or replacement installation. Upon review and approval a file will be opened by the Division of Facilities Management and a Project Manager will be assigned to assist you through the project.
