Project-Contract Administration

The Contractor and Architect shall be required to carry liability and property damage insurance in amounts and with companies approved by the Archdiocesan Office of Risk Management. The amounts of insurance and the carrier shall not be changed without obtaining approval of the Office of Risk Management 30 days in advance of such change.

Prior to bid, assignment of Builder’s Risk Insurance shall be made by the Archdiocesan Office of Risk Management. Certificates shall be issued and distributed as appropriate.

Copies of any asbestos-related work documents must be filed with the DFM and, if applicable, with the school principal for updates to the Asbestos Management Plan in accordance with AHERA.
