Monsignor Slade Catholic School

Grades PreK-2 through 8th grade. The following parishes are members of the Monsignor Slade Catholic School: Church of the Crucifixion, Glen Burnie; Good Shepherd, Glen Burnie; Holy Trinity, Glen Burnie; Our Lady of the Chesapeake, St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, Pasadena; Lake Shore; St. Bernadette, Severn, and St. Lawrence Martyr, Jessup.

Monsignor Slade Catholic School provides a comprehensive education in a caring, Catholic environment.  Our Mission is to promote the Catholic faith and intellectual development in our students.  Before and after-care is available for K-6 students. Full day 3s/4s, part day 2s/3s/4s pre-school programs are offered.  Licensed MSDE, early childhood.

Awards-Certifications:

• MSDE approved Accreditation from the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools;
• Accreditation for Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement;
• Named a 2009 Top Maryland School by the John Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth Talent Search

In 2012, the Archdiocese of Baltimore used updated national norms to calculate the scores.  You cannot compare test performance this year to test performance prior to 2012.
