Mid-Atlantic Congress coming to Baltimore

By Catholic Review Staff

The third annual Mid-Atlantic Congress for Pastoral Leaders is Feb. 27 to March 1 at the Hilton Baltimore.
The congress, designed to strengthen pastoral ministers at parishes, schools and dioceses from across the mid-Atlantic and beyond, offers a wide variety of classes and breakout sessions featuring more than 75 speakers. This year’s MAC theme is “Forming Catholic leaders for faith-filled service.”
The MAC works to rejuvenate enthusiasm for ministry and grow leadership knowledge and skills.
Featured presenters include Louisville Archbishop Joseph Kurtz, president of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops; Hosffman Ospino, assistant professor of theology and religious education at Boston College’s School of Theology and Ministry; and ValLimar Jansen, a singer, composer and recording artist.
The MAC is co-sponsored by the Archdiocese of Baltimore and the Association of Catholic Publishers, in partnership with the National Leadership Roundtable for Church Management.
