Please come\, bring your family\, bring your friends. Bring your own lunch. Beginning at 9am there will be Morning Prayer\, Adoration\, spiritual talks\, time for personal reflection\, the Carmelite Six-Decade Rosary and Mass with Bishop Evelio Menjivar of Wheeling-Charleston. Opportunities for confession. Bring your Brown Scapular and be Enrolled by a priest. Msgr Charles Mangan\, once spiritual director to Carmelite Nuns now an associate professor at Mount St. Mary’s seminary\, will offer talks about the Blessed Mother. This is for everyone\, for those who wear the Brown Scapular\, and all drawn to prayer. The Day will culminate with Mass at 4pm. Organized by Carmelite Seculars. We ask a goodwill offering of $20. DESCRIPTION:Life-Giving Wounds is a three-day healing retreat for adult children of divorce or separation\, held at the Claggett Center in Buckeystown\, Maryland. The retreat offers participants an opportunity to reflect on the wounds caused by their parents’ divorce or separation and to rediscover their deepest identity as beloved sons and daughters of God\, created for and capable of great love. Led by the Life-Giving Wounds traveling retreat team\, the retreat begins Friday\, November 13 at 6:30 PM and concludes Sunday\, November 15 at 3:30 PM. \nThe cost is $310 per person and includes lodging\, several meals\, and all retreat materials.
