St. Bernardine Church in Edmondson Village is hosting its 10th annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. & Msgr. Edward M. Miller Peace Walk on Monday, Jan. 16, noon. The guest speaker will be Dr. Daria Willis, the first African-American president of Howard Community College. Bishop Bruce Lewandowski will preside. The event will consist of a prayer service, a neighborhood walk (weather permitting) and a light lunch afterwards.
