Join the Little Sisters of the Poor for their 13th Annual Gala “Celebrating the Gift” Saturday, November 11, 2017. Proceeds from this event go directly to pay the winter fuel costs at St. Martin’s Home which in 2015 and 2016 averaged $30,000 a month.
Enjoy the “Celebrity Chef” culinary twist to the evening featuring recipes by local priests. Friar Matt Foley (Archbishop Curley High School), returns to defend his title as “2016 Celebrity Chef” winner. Joining him are fellow priests: Msgr. James Barker (St. Ignatius, Hickory), Fr. Frank Brauer (The Catholic Community of St. Francis Xavier, Hunt Valley), and Fr. Michael Carrion (Immaculate Heart of Mary, Towson). Guests determine the “winner” and recipient of the coveted 2017 winner’s medal by tipping the chefs! Enjoy spirited bidding on silent and live auction items along with Wine & Dine and Mystery Bags and a 50/50 raffle.
Tickets are $150/person; Reserved table for 10/$1,500; Jeanne Jugan Sponsorship table for 8/$3,000. Cocktail attire suggested. RSVP by October 20.
