At the heart of the mission of Catholic education is the belief that every child is blessed with God-given gifts and talents. Every day, our Catholic schools seek to nurture and draw forth these gifts and talents by providing an academically excellent, Christ-centered education. In doing so, our schools are empowering students to reach their full potential in all facets of their lives.
The Annual Archdiocesan Gala celebrates this mission and legacy. Since 2009, $8 million has been raised with over $3.7 million going toward tuition assistance scholarships, representing more than 1,400 scholarships created from Gala proceeds.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Archbishop Lori has decided to cancel the Gala event this year. However, we will continue to celebrate the ministry of Catholic education. Those who work closely with our schools know well their value and impact.
