It is policy that all schools comply with SEVIS regulations. The regulations are as follows:
- Non-immigrant students applying for enrollment in a school in the Archdiocese of Baltimore must complete the request for an I-20 Data Form and submit it to the Department of Catholic Schools.
- If a student does not attend school after the request is made (example: The student was not given permission to leave their home country, etc.) please contact the Division of Catholic Schools as soon as possible.
- After a student is enrolled, the Division must be notified immediately if a non-immigrant student withdraws or is asked to withdraw for any reason. The I-20 Status Form then needs to be completed and forwarded to the Division of Catholic Schools.
