Description: This August, the Department of Evangelization will be sponsoring a series of Study Days. In Porta Fidei, Pope Benedict XVI reminds us that the church community needs "to rediscover the joy of believing and the enthusiasm for communicating the faith." #7 As the Church of Baltimore, we gather to discuss how the vision of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults can assist in our mission of evangelization. These gatherings will be specifically geared toward pastoral staffs, RCIA teams, adult faith formation committees and parishioners that might be called to further their own work of evangelization. •Wednesday, August 1 (7-9pm) St. Mary, Pylesville •Saturday, August 4 (10a-12p) St. Paul, Ellicott City •Tuesday, August 7 (7-9pm) St. Andrew by the Bay, Annapolis •Wednesday, August 8 (10a-12p) St. Mark, Catonsville •Monday, August 13 (7-9pm) Immaculate Conception, Towson •Thursday, August 16 (7-9pm) Sacred Heart, Glyndon •Saturday, August 25 (10a-12p) New All Saints, Baltimore Reserve your spot by e-mailing RCIA@archbalt.org. Please submit name/s, parish, location you plan on attending. There is a $10 fee per participant. The deadline to register is seven days prior to each gathering.
