Worldwide Children's Holy Hour

As an opportunity to publicly witness our faith in the Real Presence of Christ among us, the Missionary Childhood Association invites you to participate in the upcoming Children's Eucharistic Holy Hour to be held at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC on Friday October 5th, 2012 at 10am. This is the 10th Anniversary of the Children's Holy Hour and it will be broadcast in 140 countries by EWTN to spiritually unite thousands of children from around the world. Children from across the U.S. will gather, many in their native country costumes, to recite the World Mission Rosary and pray before the Blessed Sacrament.

How can I participate?

Please consider sending students to the Basilica in DC for this holy and inspiring event! If you cannot send students, consider participating in solidarity at your own schools! You can join together for the live broadcast and/or have students spend some time before the Blessed Sacrament in your churches and pray the World Mission Rosary.

Please contact Rachel Barron if you have any questions and explore more information and materials for the Holy Hour on the Children of the Eucharist website!
