The Volunteer Program builds upon the Parish Partnership Program. Once a parish partnership has been established, the Archdiocesan parish prioritizes the needs of their sister parish. The Archdiocese then helps recruit volunteers to travel to Haiti and assist in these programs. The benefits for this type of program are many:

• Exposure to Haitian Culture
• Manual Labor Side by Side with Haitians
• Assist in Dispensaries and/or Hospitals
• Summer Camps
• Report back on Experience

One major advantage of this program is that the volunteer workers from the United States not only help with the project of the Haiti diocese, but they are able to teach various skills to the Haitian workers who work side by side with them.
