Purpose:
- To provide leadership and services, including consultation, formation programs and resources, in religious education and family and youth ministry for the parishes and schools of the central region of Carroll, Frederick and Washington Counties.
- To serve as a liaison between the schools and parishes of the region and the divisions of the Archdiocesan Department of Catholic Education Ministries.
- To administrate and facilitate regional collaborative efforts in catechist formation, youth ministry, marriage preparation, leadership development and other related catechetical ministries.
