The Office of the Seton Vicariate serves the parishes and institutions of Allegany, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Frederick, Garrett, Howard and Washington counties. It is also the locus for services to men and women in the Consecrated Life. The official name of the Seton Vicariate is – St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Vicariate.
