The Auxiliary Bishops of the Archdiocese of Baltimore act as assistants to Archbishop O'Brien. Each Bishop has charge of a particular region within the Archdiocese. The bishops of the Archdiocese of Baltimore are:

There is one retired cardinal and a retired bishop. They are:
