ArchTech

What is ArchTech?

ArchTech is a not-for-profit service of the Archdiocese of Baltimore’s Department of Information Technology.  We offer consulting and onsite I.T. services for parishes, schools, and other organizations affiliated with the Archdiocese of Baltimore.  Our mission is to support those members of the Archdiocese in need of technical assistance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

We offer a free, no obligation, Initial Onsite Assessment to any parish, school or organization interested, with no strings attached.  If additional services are requested, we charge an hourly rate of $65.

What are the benefits?

ArchTech is designed to help organizations optimize their use of information technology through cost effective solutions specific to their needs. We treat each organization individually and realize that each site has its own limitations and goals.  While we're not trying to replace any technical staff or infrastructure already in place, we welcome every opportunity to collaborate with members of the Archdiocese to maximize site potential.

Who are the members of ArchTech?

ArchTech is lead by Ron Hurt, Parish Information Management Systems Manager for the Archdiocese of Baltimore, and staffed by Dan Wilmoth, External Technology Coordinator.

How do we get involved with ArchTech?

Initially, ArchTech asks that you fill out a brief questionnaire to give us an idea of how your site is setup. After we evaluate your answers, ArchTech will schedule and host an Onsite Assessment of your organization at the request of your representative. After collecting information about your organization’s I.T. structure, we will provide you with an Assessment and Recommendation report, all free of charge.

Interested in Joining?

If you would like ArchTech to visit your site and perform a free, no obligation, Onsite Assessment, please take a moment to fill out a brief questionnaire which will help us get to know you and your technical support needs.
