Catholic Accounting Services

Catholic Accounting Services (CAS) is a subdivision of the Division of Fiscal Services, which provides an outsourcing alternative to parishes and schools for their accounting and administrative needs. CAS specializes in bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, financial report generation, and budget analysis.

Catholic Accounting Services was established in 2004 and currently provides accounting and administrative services to approximately 30 locations.

Each accounting specialist is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and controlling the fiscal operations of assigned parishes and schools. They work closely with pastors and/or principals to ensure proper stewardship of financial and physical resources of each location.
